Things to keep in mind when contacting us:
- If leaving a voicemail, please leave a detailed message with your contact information.
- Be sure to mention any precautions we need to know when calling you back.
- Suggest a suitable time you can be reached, allowing time for discussion.
- For your protection & privacy, we only call back on a blocked number.
- Our email is monitored daily. Responses are usually within 24-48 hours.
- Delete your call logs or records, redials, texts, sent emails or browser history if safety is a risk.
- We can work around the clock, only by prior arrangement, & require at least 72 hours notice.
- After hours, short notice, public holidays and weekends do affect the hourly rates charged. Please ask us.
- Late cancellations or postponed jobs, without a full 24 hours notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
- No investigations are started without prior payment received at our end and requested documents.
- We do meet in person for consultations and charge a flat hourly rate.
