• Be sure to mention any precautions we need to know when calling you back.
• Suggest a suitable time you can be reached, allowing time for discussion.
• For your protection & privacy, we only call back on a blocked number.
• Our email is monitored daily. Responses are usually within 24-48 hours.
• Delete your call logs or records, redials, texts, sent emails or browser history if safety is a risk.
• We can work around the clock, only by prior arrangement, & require at least 72 hours notice.
• After hours, short notice, public holidays and weekends do affect the hourly rates charged. Please ask us.
• Late cancellations or postponed jobs, without a full 24 hours notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• No investigations are started without prior payment received at our end and requested documents.
• We do meet in person for consultations and charge a flat hourly rate.
